The Meet in The Middle band has the energy of big band, drum band, and brass band combined. During Big Sounds Amsterdam, the festival for large ensembles, drumband Ritmo Entertainment and Wijktalentorkest NEXT Zuidoost, along with young saxophonists, trumpeters, and trombonists, delve into the vibrant history of jazz and marching bands from New Orleans. Under the passionate leadership of Maite Hontelé, these talented young musicians create a unique musical mix that will get you moving!

The Meet in the Middle band will be heard in the atrium of the Bimhuis prior tot the family concert with Yoràn Vroom. The short concert is free to attend, it's not necessary to have tickets to the family concert.
